Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Ratnakar Mishra Performance Marketing. We strive to provide excellent consulting, pixel setup, and strategy solutions. Please read our refund policy below before engaging our services.

Consulting Retainers

Consulting and campaign management retainer fees are paid in advance for a set duration (monthly, quarterly). Because these retainers reserve direct access to a dedicated performance marketing veteran who limits clients to a maximum of 4 at any time, all management retainers are non-refundable once campaign work, pixel audits, or strategy mapping has initiated.

Campaign Ad Spend

Clients are billed directly by the advertising networks (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads) on their linked business payment methods. We do not collect, process, or hold your direct ad budget. Consequently, any requests for ad spend refunds must be directed to Meta or Google Support directly. We hold zero liability for payments made to external advertising networks.

Strategy Sessions

One-off 1-on-1 strategy audit sessions or pixel troubleshooting sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the call time. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are non-refundable, as the time slot was booked and held exclusively for your business.

Dispute Resolution

If you face any issues or feel the deliverables did not align with the signed service agreement, please contact us directly at consulting@ratnakarmishra.in. We are committed to working with our partners to resolve discrepancies fairly.
